Teri Chadbourne is a community organizer for Offline First and co-organizer of Offline Camp who spends her spare time leading event strategy for the Developer Advocacy team at IBM Watson Data Platform. A Certified Meeting Professional, Teri spent a past life planning events for web designers and developers at Future Insights, and she’s passionate about building communities through carefully-crafted events. Now a front-end web developer, she introduces coders to Progressive Web Apps and Offline First design patterns through beginner-friendly sample apps, tutorials, and talks. Teri also enjoys memorializing elementary school bathroom chaos in code.
